the Aim has always been to cultivate and promote skills companies demand

Vickie Cox Edmondson, Ph.D. is taking her knowledge and influence to the next level as an academic and management strategist. She is gearing up to provide applied researched-based strategies and strategic management best practices to individuals and companies seeking to set themselves apart.

How did it begin? After ten years of serving in various managerial roles at industry giants such as Procter & Gamble and United Airlines, Vickie Cox Edmondson decided to enhance her impact by joining the ranks of Academe and earning a Ph.D. in Strategic Management. She has taught strategic management, a business capstone course, since 1994. She taught the course at the University of Georgia while pursuing a doctorate degree in the discipline, for 15 years at a Research (R)1 institution, and has taught at private HBCU since fall 2010. Passionate about mentoring youths, Dr. VCE became a practicing scholar. For ten years, she functioned as the Executive Director of Follow Me Foundation, Inc., a non-profit in her local community from 1998-2008.

In 2001, she was certified as a Master Teacher in developing student competencies and talents. With 20+ years in the classroom, she was appointed as the first Associate Provost for Student Success at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. As an academic and management strategist, Dr. Vickie Cox Edmondson works directly with individuals to develop skills needed to thrive in organizations and management. She mixes wit and wisdom with direction and role-playing as she shares practical, easy-to-understand instructional coaching that helps learners consider other dimensions of their work. And, she is pretty darn good at it.

She is not a career coach. She is not a negotiations strategist. She is not aN  advocate.
